Principal Appraiser

Michelle Conliffe brings over a decade of art market experience to her appraisal practice. Michelle is a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property with the International Society of Appraisers with a dual accreditation in Fine Art and Antiques, Furnishings + Decorative Arts. She has also earned ISA's Private Client Services designation for specialized training in working with high-net-worth clients. Michelle has earned accredited status with the Appraisers Association of America. She is trained and tested in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as established by The Appraisal Foundation.

​Michelle proudly served on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Appraisers for four years.
Michelle began her career managing New York’s prestigious Winter Antiques Show. She went on to work as a fine and decorative art specialist at Cowan’s Auctions in Cincinnati, Ohio. Michelle received a BA in Art History from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and an MA in American Fine and Decorative Arts from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York.

Michelle is a Chubb Masterpiece Protection Network preferred provider.
